Parishioners and volunteers with the Church of St. Richard in Barnesville are holding their 2nd Annual Halloween Karaoke on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 7 PM to 11:30 PM at their church, 799 Barnesville Drive (SR54).
Cost is a $5 cover at the door. Everyone is encouraged, but not required, to attend the event in costume.
Costume contest is at 10 PM. Cash prizes will be given for the following categories: Scariest – Most Original – Funniest – Best Couple ($25 each category with a minimum of 3 entries per category necessary) We will then choose a Best Overall ($50).
Information on their Facebook page reads:
“Join us a frightening, fun-filled night of costumes and singing. Costumes are optional as always but this year we will be giving prizes for the following categories: Scariest – Most Original – Funniest – Best Couple We will then choose a Best Overall. So come on out and join us for a ghoulishly fun-filled night.”
They added that they are looking for table sponsors. $10 will get your name or business name advertised on an 8×11 placard on a table during our Halloween Karaoke. They will have 10 tables available to sponsor.
