Kathleen Quinn-Farber and Tom Walker donated their time recently to paint the kids “animal rocker ride” at the North and Middle Ward Playground in Tamaqua. Ray Sell, President, North and Middle Ward Playground Association, stated the group’s appreciation for their time and talents.
