
Volunteers held their annual Old Fashioned Picnic on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the No. 9 Mine and Museum in Lansford. The event also included a Living History Civil War Encampment reenactment.
The living history Civil War encampment commemorated the 151st anniversary of the Civil War this year. Re-enactors from the 8th Georgia Infantry Co.A, Rome Light Guards will be camped out for the weekend.
The No. 9 Coal Mine and Museum is located at 9 Dock Street in Lansford.
