Pictured is video surveillance of a young bear taking two bags of garbage around 5 AM yesterday (Friday, August 7, 2015) from the front of a home in the Dutch Hill section of Tamaqua. The trash from the bear’s scavenging was strewn on the street and in the backyard of a nearby home.
