VOLUNTEERS START REVITALIZATION OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT NORTH & MIDDLE WARD PLAYGROUND

Work Started at North and Middle Ward Playground, Tamaqua, 8-1-2015 (4)Repair and repainting of playground equipment at the North & Middle Ward Playground in Tamaqua began on July 28, 2015 with the first wire-brushing and application of primer to the four person “bouncy animal” ride. Work will continue, with the animals being painted in pleasing bright colors similar to what they were originally.

This week, “Pennies for the Park” donation cans will be placed in area businesses.
