VIGIL HELD IN SHENANDOAH FOR YOUNG DROWNING VICTIM

Family, friends and community members came together on Tuesday (June 2, 2015) to remember Tolik Stutts, an 18-year-old Shenandoah Sophomore, who died during a swimming accident last weekend. Over 100 people were on-hand during the multi-event vigil. The vigil started off with a program held inside the Shenandoah Jr/Sr High School Auditorium and continued outside with a white dove release and balloon release.
Some taking part in the vigil were Marielys Ramirez, Rocco Roguskie, Natalye Calderon, Albin Kaminsky, Carly Teaschenko, Alvin Ortiz and Kaitlyn Halford.
