Volunteers with the Tamaqua Salvation Army provided food, refreshments and snacks during yesterday’s (Friday, May 15, 2015) hazardous material response in Summit Hill. They are expected to be back again this morning.
Tamaqua Salvation Army Major Sharon Whispell stated the corps’ appreciation to a number of businesses that donated items; to include Tamaqua Boyers Food Market, Nesquehoning McDonalds, La Dolce Casa in Tamaqua, and Tamaqua Burger King.
