A number of Tamaqua residents were able to be part of the studio audience today (Tuesday, January 27, 2015) during a taping of “The Price Is Right” game show at the CBS Studio in Hollywood – Los Angeles, California. Even though none of them were selected to play or spin the wheel, they all stated they had a great time.
Taking the trip from Schuylkill County to California were Jessica Navitsky of Tamaqua, her mother Lori Miller of Tamaqua, aunt Sheila Davison of Tamaqua, brother Justin Miller of Tamaqua, and cousins Mindy Bowen of Pittsburg and Amanda Roy of Washington.
“It was so much fun, and Drew Carey is funny as hell,” said Jessica Navtisky. “My hands hurt from clapping and cheeks hurt from laughing. It was a long day but totally worth it. Definitely audience driven and a great experience!”
Tomorrow, they hope to attending a taping of the Ellen DeGeneres show.
