Family, friends and volunteers held their annual Chris and Kevin Truskey Memorial 5K & 10K Run/Walk last Saturday (August 23, 2014) at the Tuscarora State Park in Barnesville.
The event included free food (barbecue, hot dogs, bean soup, fruit, desserts) and beverages to all runners.
Plaques and medals were awarded to overall 5-K & 10-K winners, medals to other age categories.
Proceeds benefit scholarships to high school seniors. Click HERE to view last year’s scholarship recipients.

Placing first in the 5K run were Samantha Snukis, 28, from St. Clair; and Justin O’Brien, 25; from Orwigsburg. Placing first in the 10K run were Jeanna Hahn, 44, from Schuylkill Haven; and Gary Clemson Jr., 45, from Tamaqua.
