35TH ANNUAL AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY TELETHON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY; www.CancerTelethon.org

The 35^th Annual American Cancer Society Telethon for the Tamaqua/Carbon County area will air live on Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, 2014 from 12 PM to 12 AM each day.
In addition to seeing it live at Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, spectators can view it on Service Electric (Channel 90), Blue Ridge Cable (Channel 13) and live on CancerTelethon.org.
Last year’s telethon raised over $200,000 to help in the fight against cancer.
For the second year in a row, spectators can also watch the telethon live online at http://cancertelethon.org/.
In addition, anyone can view regularly updated photos on the CancerTelethon.org’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Carbon-Tamaqua-ACS-Telethon/196810280461052.
