A man was airlifted from McAdoo early this morning (Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014) to a hospital after allegedly being shot during a tavern brawl in Hazleton. McAdoo Police and ambulance crews were called around 4 AM today to aid a man that was shot in his buttocks. The man was then airlifted to Lehigh Valley Hospital (Cedar Crest) with unknown injuries.
Unofficial reports state that this man’s injury was related to another fatal shooting at a tavern in Hazleton.
Responding were McAdoo Police, Rush Township Police, McAdoo Fire Company and McAdoo Ambulance.
