Coaldale Fire Chief Rich Marek enjoys a few laughs with fellow firefighters as he rides a bicycle around the fire station late Saturday night (Feb. 1, 2014). Coaldale Fire Company (District 40) and many others emergency services spent Friday and Saturday searching the mountains and coal pockets between Coaldale, Lansford and Summit Hill for a missing man. Firefighters jokingly named the bicycle KME Model 40.
