Step-Up Tamaqua will meet Monday, January 16, 2017 at 7 p.m. in Founder Hall at Trinity United Church of Christ, 22 Lafayette Street, in Tamaqua.
All area residents concerned about the addiction issue are welcome.
The agenda includes a review of the group’s mission and goals and information about two upcoming events—“Forever in Our Hearts,” a memorial service of support on Jan. 29 for families who have lost members to addiction, and a leadership training workshop on Feb. 25.
Step-Up Tamaqua is a project of the 501 C3 non-profit Tamaqua Area Faith Fellowship Network under the umbrella of the Tamaqua Area Community Partnership. Contributions are welcome and can be sent to Step-Up Tamaqua, 125 Pine Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252.
