Hello,
I am a Tamaqua resident. I live in West Penn. I have a suggestion to share with the council in regard to the drug problem in our community. I suggest that a bill board be placed in the park by the train station. There should be a photo print of a pastoral setting.
These words should be super imposed:
” ADDICTED?”
