Seeking part-time administrative assistant with a minimum of 3 days a week in office with additional days required as needed due to events of the Chamber. Approximately 20 to 25 hours a week. Position may grow to a full-time position.
Primary duties to perform but not limited to: answer phones, handle mail, receive and respond to emails, produce and distribute Chamber Chatters Weekly newsletter, maintain membership database and packets, accounts receivable and accounts payable, knowledge of Quickbooks.
