Family and friends organized a benefit for Matthew Moyer of Tamaqua last month at West Penn Rod & Gun Club.
Moyer is well known for his volunteerism with the Quakake Fire Company, American Cancer Society Relay For Life and numerous other non-profits.
The event included a prize raffle, money raffle, music, food and more.
