TAMAQUA ELEMENTARY STUDENTS, STAFF COLLECT OVER A THOUSAND FOOD DONATIONS

Students and staff of the Tamaqua Elementary School collected over a thousand non-perishable food items for the Tamaqua Salvation Army’s annual Holiday Food Drive. Megan Berezwick’s 5th grade class collected the most.
The items will be given away during Monday’s Thanksgiving Food Distribution at the Salvation Army.
West Penn Elementary School is collecting items in preparation for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Food Distribution next month.
