TAMAQUA BOROUGH RECOGNIZES TAMAQUA 8TH GRADE GIRLS’ BASKETBALL TEAM FOR TWO UNDEFEATED SEASONS

Tamaqua Borough Council recognized Tamaqua Raiders 8th Grade Girls’ Basketball Team during the start of the public council meeting on Tuesday.
Team members include Bailee Reinhardt, Emily Titus, Emma Kuczynski, Jamie Zuber, Jen Frederickson, Maxine Beers, Rebekah Hromyak and Summer Rehrig.
Head coach was Steve Zuber.
Each athlete received a Certificate of Achievement from the borough (presented by councilman Dave Mace) that read:
“In recognition of finishing their Junior High School basketball career with an impressive 40-0 record. Completing two consecutive, undefeated seasons is a remarkable accomplishment which reflects the players’ hard work and dedication. The Tamaqua Borough Council commends the Tamaqua 8th Grade Girls’ Basketball Team for their exceptional performance and wishes them continued success in the future.”
