Members of Boy Scout Troop 777 of Tamaqua are holding their annual “Scouting For Food” Drive in the Tamaqua and Panther Valley area. Food collection and pickup day is Saturday, November 14, 2015 between 8 AM and 12 PM. Remember to save the date and leave your non-perishable food donations outside so the scouts can see them.
Suggested items include cereals, oatmeal, fruit juice, canned meats, dry milk, peanut butter, canned vegetables, tuna fish, canned fruit, rice, beans, pasta, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, and baby wipes.
Donations will help the Tamaqua Salvation Army food pantry.
