Volunteer driver James M. Putt of Lansford utilizes an electric van to shuttle disabled veterans to their vehicles at the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre. Putt served in the Army Medical Corps.
The electric van shuttle program is run via the medical center‘s Voluntary Service Office.
