Major road repairs will start tomorrow (Wednesday, August 19, 2015) along West Spruce Street between Center (SR309) and South Railroad streets and are expected to be completed before the first day of school (Monday, August 24, 2015).
Traffic will be limited during repairs, which will include paving, milling and other work. Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes.
Preparation work was performed Monday and today.
The cost of the work is divided 60/40 with the Blue Mountain & Northern, with the borough paying the higher percentage.
