Pictured is Jack Kulp using a blower to clean the sidewalk in front of the Tamaqua Community Arts Center. Kulp has been a dedicated center volunteer since day 1.
In addition to donating his skills and time at the center, Kulp routinely performs as a musician with his bands 3 AM and JUSTUS, teaches vocal lessons, serves as emcee on the radio (AM-1410), helps to organize the Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce Summer Concert Series and so on.
