FIVE YEARS AGO TODAY (July 26, 2010), Tamaqua Mayor Chris Morrison presented a proclamation dedicating the American Disabilities Act of 1990. A number of local disability advocates were also on-hand during the event, which took place outside the Tamaqua Train Station.
