After hearing meowing outside their Mahanoy City home this afternoon (Wednesday, July 15, 2015), residents discovered that a kitten was hiding somewhere in their vehicle.
Details from Amanda Dudash reads, “We could hear a cat meowing outside of my house on East Mahanoy Street and we realized it was hiding under my car. We could see it when we popped the hood and it ran back and forth from my engine area to my rear wheel wells. My husband Ziggy Dudash and our neighbor Jason Longo worked for an hour until it finally ran out.”
Amanda added that the cat kept returning to their vehicle. She said they were eventually able to capture the cat and find someone to adopt it.
