A day after Tamaqua’s H.D. Buehler Memorial Bungalow Pool was filled with dirty rain water runoff, borough workers have started to refill the pool with clean water.
Workers started to refill the pool around 7 PM this evening (Wednesday, July 1, 2015)
Rob Jones, Public Works Director, Tamaqua Borough, stated his appreciation to all the borough workers and pool staff that worked non-stop in dirty conditions to get the pool back the way it was.
He added that he hopes to have the pool ready for guests once the pool is refilled, which could take a couple days.
