PRESS RELEASE – Lisa Scheller, Chairman of Silberline Manufacturing Company in Hometown, recently announced that Silberline will act as the major sponsor for the 2nd Annual Tamaqua Salvation Army Kidz Karnival fundraising event. The event kicks off Tamaqua’s National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 and offers family fun for children ages 3-12. Karnival goers will enjoy food, games, prizes, rides and activities from 2 PM until 9 PM at the North Railroad Street parking lot (across the tracks from the Tamaqua Train Station).
Tickets are available for purchase at the Tamaqua Salvation Army, Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce and Hiles Brothers in Summit Hill. They will also be available at Tamaqua’s Summerfest (Sunday, June 21, 2015) and on the day of the Kidz Karnival.
