PRESS RELEASE – (from Dear Tamaqua project) – Attention Tamaqua! Dear Tamaqua needs your help to gather old photos and videos! We are accepting submissions now through July 7, 2015. If you have hard copies, please bring them to Leona Rega at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center, where they will be scanned and digitized for you. Please be sure to tell us the year of the photo! Also, don’t forget to bring a flash drive with you if you’d like your own digital copy!
Photos and Videos can be submitted in person on the following dates:
June 23, 2015 from 7 PM to 9 PM.
June 26, 2015 from 9 AM to 2 PM.
July 7, 2015 from 3 PM to 7 PM.
June 23rd is also the date of our next Community Info Meeting at 7 PM.
If you already have photos in digital form, great! They can be submitted via email at marketing@tamaquaarts.org. Please be sure all photos are saved by date, with the year first, and in JPEG format. 300 dpi is preferable.
