During the last public council meeting, Tamaqua Borough manager Kevin Steigerwalt announced that paving work will be done sometime in the future for Spruce Street in the borough.
The cost of the work will be divided 60/40 with the Blue Mountain & Northern. The borough paying the higher percentage.
“I expect the work will begin sometime in July and be done at night to cause the least impact,” added Steigerwalt. “But, I have no firm dates as of yet.” TamaquaArea.com Video:
