Pictured with a fresh new coating of white epoxy is the John E. Morgan Memorial Fountain at the Depot Square Park in Tamaqua. In addition to the new inner coat of paint, borough workers spent time sealing cracks and performing other required repairs.
The fountain is expected to be refilled with water before this Sunday’s Tamaqua Summerfest and Train Rides.
