MAN TASERED AFTER ALLEGEDLY LIGHTING BARN ON FIRE IN WEST PENN TOWNSHIP

Man Tazed After Lighting Fire to House, Barn, 85 Lumber Lane, West Penn Township, 6-7-2015 (39)According to neighbors today (Sunday, June 7, 2015), a man was tasered multiple times by police after allegedly lighting his barn on fire in West Penn Township.
Emergency personnel were dispatched around 11:50 AM to 85 (or 107) Lumber Lane for a barn fire with possible entrapment. Firefighters said they arrived to see smoke coming from the barn and a shirtless dirt-covered man with an acetylene torch. They added that the man, who was also bleeding, was acting strangely and even attempted to gain access to a responding firefighter’s vehicle.
A neighbor said that despite being tasered 3 times by police, the man, identified as neighbor Brad Comisac, remained “uncontrollable”.
Firefighters were quick to extinguish the barn fire. Some of which could also be seen placing exhaust fans at a home on the property.
After being constrained, Comisac was placed in a PennSTAR helicopter that landed in a nearby field for transport to a hospital.
Most news medias were limited to the area due to the possibility of a damaged acetylene tank.
According to Schuylkill Parcel Locator online, 85 Lumber Lane doesn’t exist. Although it does list house number 107 Lumber Lane at the same location. The owner is listed as Daniel C. Comisac.  CAMA Card.
Responding were West Penn Fire Company, Tamaqua’s South Ward Fire Company, Tamaqua Fire Department’s ladder truck, New Ringgold Fire Company, Lehighton Ambulance, Penn Mahoning Ambulance, New England/Walker Township Fire Company and others.
This information isn’t confirmed and no more official information is currently available.
