Below are photos and a short video from the 9th Annual Zoostock Challenge 5K Run/Walk and Cancer Survivor Program held Saturday, May 30, 2015 in Lansford. The event, which benefited the Carbon/Tamaqua Unit of the American Cancer Society, was sponsored by the ‘Sports Zoo and Halftime Bar Zoo Crew’ and ‘Panther Valley Running and Fitness Club’.
This year, over 50 participants took on the 3.1-mile course stretched through the streets and roads of Lansford ending at The Sports Zoo and Halftime Bar Zoo Crew. The run/walk was followed by award presentations and a food fest inside.
Bob Muscovitch, age 40, of Jim Thorpe and Delana Nalesnik, age 16, Nesquehoning, were the top overall Male and Female winners.

Cancer Survivors Gary Dobias, Nancy Paisley, Susie Bortnick were also honored during the event.
