TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2015
4:00 PM – Gather for a time of worship; introductions and welcoming, flags introduced.
5:15 PM – Adjourn for 5:30pm dinner.
7:00 PM – Communion Service with Rev. Victor Manuel Perez preaching. Victor is President of the Guatemalan conference.
8:00 PM – Session #1 with Ron Anderson. Ron was the main speaker at the First PM World Congress in Guatemala and greatly challenged us. He is our missionary serving and living in Spain, but his influence has greatly expanded over the last few years. It is a blessing to have him with us.
9:00 PM – Adjourn.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2015
8:00 AM – Prayer time – Led by Brian Fink.
8:30 AM – Breakfast.
9:30 AM – Session #2 with Ron Anderson.
10:30 AM – Break.
11:00 AM – Representative from Guatemala shares about the work there.
11:30 AM – Representative from Mexico shares about the work there.
12:15 PM – Break for 12:30 lunch.
1:30 PM – Session #3 with Ron Anderson.
2:30 PM – Break.
3:00 PM – Representative from Dominican Republic shares about the work there.
3:30 PM – Representative from Colombia shares about the work there.
4:00 PM – Representative from El Salvador shares about the work there.
4:30 PM – There will be a time of worship for majority of conference attendees at this time. While they are doing this global leaders will meet for prayer and discussion in a yet to be determined room. This will include country representatives, as well as representatives from the IMB, NMB, Executive Council and representatives from any other boards and committees who wish to attend.
5:15 PM – Break for 5:30pm dinner.
7:00 PM – Session #4 with Ron Anderson.
8:00 PM – Wrap up Global Congress with time of worship.
8:30 PM – Global leaders reassemble for discussion and prayer.
