A Tamaqua Community Neighborhood Cleanup is scheduled two days this week in Tamaqua. Members of the Tamaqua Community Initiative Group are encouraging residents to donate a few hours of their time on Wednesday (April 15, 2015) and Thursday (April 16, 2015) to pick up litter around their neighborhood.
In addition, a few members of the group will  be picking up trash throughout the borough between the hours of 2 PM and 5 PM both days. If you are able to help, call organizer’s cell phone at (570) 668-1234 to inquire about their location.
