After hearing about the Tamaqua Community Arts Center’s need for a filing cabinet, a local Tamaqua business stepped up to help.
Last month, Leona Rega, center coordinator, asked the public for donations after finding out that a large reliable wide filing cabinet would cost the center somewhere around $400. Used ones cost $300.
Wayne Klingaman, of Klingaman’s Office Products & Supplies in Tamaqua, heard about the center’s need via Facebook and said he would be more than happy to donate one.
Rega and other volunteers stated their appreciation to Klingaman’s for their kindness. The store said they will also deliver it.
