Members of the Kellner’s Dam Association are holding their annual Kid’s Spring Fishing Derby on Saturday and Sunday (April 25 and 26, 2015) at the dam in Tamaqua.
Saturday’s fishing starts at 9 AM. Sunday’s fishing starts at daybreak and ends at 4 PM. Trophies will also be presented at the end of the derby.
The free-admission derby is open to any children ages 4 to 15. Event includes door prizes, tagged fish and trophies.
Homemade refreshments will also be available.
Kellner’s Dam is located at the top of Pitt Street.
