A Tamaqua woman escaped serious injury after hitting a slick spot today (Friday, March 20, 2015) along US209 (Pottsville Stretch) in Schuylkill Township. The incident occurred just before 3:30 PM in the area of 1206 US209.
A road sign was also damaged.
Responding were Tuscarora Fire Company, Tamaqua Rescue Squad and others.
