According to PPL’s website, 666 of it’s customers are without power as of 3:20 PM this afternoon (Monday, March 16, 2015) in West Mahanoy Township/Frackville. The cause is unknown, even though there was a report of a tractor trailer crash around 2 PM at West Oak Street in Frackville.
