Volunteers are organizing a free fan bus this Friday (March 6, 2015) for any Tamaqua Area Blue Raiders High School Boys Basketball fans that want to cheer the team on during their first round of the PIAA State Playoffs against Steelton-Highspire (Steamrollers) at Milton, Hershey. Bus will depart the Tamaqua High School at 5 PM.
Information provided via Randy Wilson online says that this game also serves as the first meeting between the Blue Raiders and Steamrollers in 100 years. Wilson added that the last game between the two teams was January 9, 1915.

Interested people who want to ride the bus may register in the main office of the high school between 7:30 AM and 3 PM.
Game starts at 7:30 PM.
