Comfort Inn in West Hazleton is donating 150 used padded chairs and 15 used sleeper sofas to the Tamaqua Volunteers group. If you want any, simply stop at the inn on Friday, February 20, 2015 between 7 AM and 3 PM.
The items are free and available to anyone. The event is subject to availability. Quantity given to each person depends on the amount of people that show up during the beginning of the giveaway.
No registration is needed. Simply show up. Items will not be held for anyone. The event is first come, first serve.
Volunteers stress that the chairs and sofa sleepers show signs of obvious ware and are given away at the receiver’s own risk.
