Members and volunteers of the American Hose Company in Tamaqua are holding a .22 Indoor Block Shoot for meat trays on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 12 PM to 6 PM or later.
Cost is $7, which includes 5 chances for door prizes and complimentary beverages and food. They will also be eligible for the grand door prize in March (a Smoker/Jerky/Dehydrator combo kit).
The shoot is a .22 indoor scatter block shoot. The fire company provides the shells.
All shoots will start about noon and end after the 15th shoot. The 5th, 10th are $2 money shoots and the 15th shoot is a $3 money shoot. All other shoots are $2.
People may bring their own gun, but add that they also have a house gun. No scopes or smooth bore barrels. All firearms are subject to judges inspection.
Their next block shoot is scheduled for March 29, 2015 (for hams).
