Students and early commuters can expect near zero-degree wind chills for most of this morning (Friday, February 6, 2015). According to Weather.com, wind chills will fall as low as minus 7 degrees at around 6 AM.
Wind chills will remain around zero degrees until around 10 AM and slowly rise to 15 degrees by 4 PM.
At 8 AM, normal temperatures will be around 4 degrees and increase about 2-3 degrees every hour. Temperatures will reach into the mid-20’s by 4 PM, and get colder into the late evening.
Saturday calls for mostly cloudy weather with a 10-percent chance of freezing rain and temperatures ranging from 28 to 38 degrees.
Sunday will be warmer and wet, with a 50-percent chance of freezing rain or showers.
Expect from 1 to 3 inches of freezing rain, ice or snow early Monday into the afternoon.
