ANSWER: Top of “Scheids” (Tire Pros) building at 24 West Broad Street in Tamaqua. It was originally built in 1916.

It is the top of the old Mitchell’s building. Many moons ago, my husband and I had our first apartment on the top floor of the building besides the Mitchell’s building. It was a wonderful large great three bedroom apartment with a lot of charm. The charm included a small balcony facing Broad Street.
