Brent Confer, who recently retired from his job, spends time tonight (Wednesday, January 21, 2015) shoveling the sidewalk in front of a business on West Broad Street in Tamaqua. Confer said he has done so for over 40 years.
Confer is also a 15-year volunteer with the Tamaqua Fire Police.
