An online story in the Standard Speaker newspaper states that State Police at Frackville have arrested two men in the death of a 24-year-old Coaldale man, after his remains were found in a wooded area of the borough this past September.
The Standard Speaker story adds that Police said that Corey Samuels was reported missing last January and his remains found in a wooded area of the borough in September. The Schuylkill County Coroner’s office and a forensic anthropologist determined that the cause and manner of his death was homicide, police said.
Troopers arrested Oliver Luis Trizarri, 21, of Reading, and a 17-year-old man in Samuel’s death late Sunday night. They were arraigned before District Judge Anthony Kilker of Shenandoah on charges of criminal homicide, criminal conspiracy to commit homicide, robbery, aggravated assault and theft by unlawful taking.
Both were committed to the Schuylkill County prison without bail, police said.
