Friends and family of the late Sharon R. Goho collected and distributed food and gifts to eight needy families during the holidays. Goho, who battled lung cancer, passed away last October to a heart attack.
The group stated their appreciation to all who donated. Some of which included Padora’s Six Pack/Italian Bakery, Aunt G’s Bakery, Griffith’s Funeral Home, Fritz Auto, Cheryl Leone, Mark McCarroll, Jacci Clause and others.
Donations benefited families in Tamaqua and surrounding communities.
