Performances of Winnie-The-Pooh Christmas Tail were held at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center on Friday, December 5, 2014 and Saturday, December 6, 2014.

Cast In Order Of Appearance:

Andrew Surotchak (Christopher Robin) is 13 years old and is in 7th grade in Panther Valley School District. This is his first TACT production. Previous roles include: White King in “Through the Looking Glass” and Freidrick in “Sound of Music.”

Jim Hull (Eeyore) is a local Spanish teacher. This will note Jim’s second production with TACT. Previously, he was seen as the Attendant in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”

Mya Heffner (Piglet) is 11 years old and in the 5th grade. She attends West Penn Elementary School. This production will mark her 5th show at TACT. Previous roles include: Woodstock in “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown,” Little Girl in “The Velveteen Rabbit,” and Mustard Seed in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”

Chanita Guerrero (Winnie-the-Pooh) is a local talent who lives in Tamaqua. This will be her second production with TACT. Previous roles include: Lucy in “You’re a good man Charlie Brown,” and both Elsa and Maria in “The Sound of Music.”

Brenda Fritzinger (Rabbit) is a local teacher. She has returned for her second official production with TACT. Previous roles include: Waitress in “Death by Dessert,” Red Pawn in “Through the Looking Glass,” and Sebastian in “The Little Mermaid.”

Carson Surotchak (Roo) is 9 years old. He is in 3rd grade and attends Panther Valley Elementary School. This is his first show with TACT. Previously, he was seen as Martin in “The Sound of Music.”

Olivia Stettler (Tigger) is a 12-year-old in the 7th grade at Tamaqua Area Middle School. This will be Olivia’s second production with TACT. Previous roles include: Little Miss Muffet in “The Big Bad Musical,” and Martha Cratchet in “A Christmas Carol.”

Alicen Jane Hull (Kanga/Owl) is a 14-year-old in the 8th grade at Tamaqua Area Middle School. This is her first show with TACT. Previous roles include: Beetz in “Bee My Baby,” Ensemble soloist in “Honk!” and most recently Sarah Good in “The Crucible.”

Keith Blackwell (Frosty/Assistant Director) is an intuitive counselor from Lehighton. This is his second production with TACT. He was previously seen as the Busboy in “Death by Dessert”.

Nicholas Surotchak (Snowball) is 10 years old. He is in 5th grade and attends Panther Valley Elementary School. This is his first production with TACT. Previously, he was seen as Kurt in “The Sound of Music.”

Mickensy Kranch (Tree 1) is a 17-year-old in 11th grade. She attends Common Wealth Connections Academy. This is her 2nd show at TACT. Previous roles include: Busgirl in “Death by Dessert,” Bielke in “Fiddler on the Roof,” and Angel 2 in The Christmas Choir.

Brooklyn Surotchak (Tree 2) is 7 years old. She attends Panther Valley Elementary School and is currently in 2nd grade. This is her first performance with TACT. Her previous roles include: Gretl in “The Sound of Music.”
