  1. Have K-9 Troy’s Handler contact Vested Interest in K9s.org and fill out an application. Troy must be 18 mos of age or older, Certified, and working in the U.S. VIK9s provided bullet/stab resistant vests at NO COST to K9 Officers nationwide.
