TAMAQUA AREA FAITH FELLOWSHIP HOLDS ADVENT BREAKFAST; (VIDEO)

About 175 people from 12 Tamaqua area congregations took part in the Tamaqua Area Faith Fellowship Network’s annual Advent Breakfast on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tamaqua.
The event included selections by the Tamaqua Area High School Jazz Chorale, music by pianist Dr. Susan Featro, invocation by Father John Frink of St. John XXIII Roman Catholic Parish, remarks from Tamaqua Mayor Chris Morrison, Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce member Richard Shupp, Tamaqua Area Community Partnership Micah Gursky, an advent message by Reverend Virginia Goodwin and lighting of the candles, and benediction by Reverend Michael Frost.
Organizer George Taylor stated his appreciation to all participants, speakers and guests of the event.
