Today (Sunday, December 7, 2014) marks the last day of Tamaqua’s 3-Day Spirit of Christmas Festival. Events include a tree festival, story-time with Mrs. Claus, Christmas play, Christmas Concert, and Christmas Tree Lighting.

12:00 PM to 5:00 PM –> Tree Festival at Tamaqua Community Arts Center, 125 Pine Street.
1:00 PM –> Story-time with Mrs. Claus at Tamaqua Community Arts Center, 125 Pine Street.
2:00 PM –> A Christmas Carol – The Musical at Strawberry Playhouse, 60 Church Street, Tuscarora. (info)
2:30 PM –> Christmas Concert featuring Susan M. Featro (Voice Lifted) at Tamaqua Community Arts Center, 125 Pine Street.
6:00 PM –> Christmas Tree Lighting at Depot Square Park, followed by cookies and hot chocolate at Tamaqua Ambulance, 99 North Railroad Street. (Includes announcement of Cookie Contest winners)
