OVER 450 SERVED DURING TAMAQUA SALVATION ARMY THANKSGIVING DAY DINNER

Approximate 475 people received free meals via the Tamaqua Salvation Army’s Annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner held today (Thursday, November 27, 2014).
People were invited to either eat-in or take out during the dinner. In addition, volunteers delivered meals to homebound individuals.
Tamaqua Salvation Army Major Sharon Whispell stated her appreciation to all the volunteers that helped prior, during and after the event.
